About VisaDeposits

VisaDeposits places U.S. visa deposits (visa bonds) so travelers don't have to lock up $10,000–$20,000 of their own money.

Under the U.S. Visa Bond Program, citizens of 50 countries applying for a B1/B2 visitor visa may be required to post a refundable bond of $10,000, $15,000, or $20,000 before the visa can be issued — and the visa stays refused under INA 221(g) until the bond is posted. For most families, freezing that much cash for the length of a trip is somewhere between painful and impossible.

VisaDeposits solves that. We act as the obligor: we fund the full bond and file it with the U.S. government via DHS Form I-352 through the Treasury's Pay.gov — typically within two business days. You pay a one-time service fee starting at $1,499, and your cash stays in your pocket. When you leave the U.S. on time, the bond cancels automatically.
